I love simple and easy things we can do to boost overall health. One of them is to drink lemon water.
What do you get when you drink a bit of lemon juice in water?
- a boost of Vitamin C;
- inflammation reduction;
- help in digestion and detoxification;
- stimulates the enzyme function of the liver;
- clearer skin; and
- may help in weight loss.
The best time to drink lemon water is first thing in the morning. Squeeze the lemon into a cup of warm water and enjoy first thing in the morning. You will start to feel a difference right away, especially if you miss a day.

Simply mix chia seeds (1 tbs) with coconut water (2 cups). Use regular water if you don't like coconut water. Let sit in fridge for 10-15 minutes and then consume. Optional - add Slice of 🍋 lemon.
This is a great snack choice between meals.
Chia seeds are full of omega-3 fats, which are good for for promoting a healthy heart ❤️ AND reducing inflammation.
