Have you heard of matcha tea? It's a green tea that is said to have three times the antioxidants of regular green tea. Good stuff, eh? It also helps to support memory, boost metabolism (winning!) and increase immunity.
I want to introduce you to a delicious way to prepare matcha tea. I discovered this recipe a few years ago and have reintroduced it into my routine recently as I've gone off coffee as part of an elimination diet.

- 1.5 cup water
- 1 tsp organic matcha powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp cocao butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Place all ingredients into a saucepan, cook until hot and cacao butter is melted. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
