OST #3 - Food Prep Salad for Fast Food

I forgot to eat breakfast as I was having SO much fun fine tuning the details of my upcoming 30 day detox! I was so happy that when the hunger hit, there was a convenient and healthful lunch ready for me in the fridge- salad!

 

 

Did you know that you can pre-prep salad, cover it with a wet paper towel and plastic wrap (or airtight lid) and it will keep fresh for a few days? How fabulous is that?!

 

This discovery has been monumental in helping me (and hence the family) eat way more fresh, organic salads. Try adding this one simple thing in this week and eat a few more side salads and see how you feel!

 

Small steps for BIG changes. 💪
